At the end of November the representatives of the Ukrainian nongovernmental organizations visited Wrocław: Mr. Igor Syrykh from Ukrainian European Community Studies Association and Mr. Mykoła Smolinsky from European Movement: Ukraine. The main objective of the visit was establishing a relationship with the International University of Logistics and Transport in Wrocław, as according to the Ukrainian visitors, the MWSLiT’s educational offer proves to be an extremely interesting alternative for Ukrainian students.

During the meeting with Mr. Janusz Paweska the School’s Chancellor the visitors could learn about the School and its so far achievements. In the evening was devoted to sightseeing around Wrocław Old Town and Market Place.

The International University of Logistics and Transport in Wrocław has started cooperation with Economic Development Office by the Municipal Office of Wrocław and with the European Regional Development Fund on the Via Regia Plus project.

Currently the present and future transport absorptive capacity of Wrocław is being estimated. We are looking for students willing to participate in the project and to get involved in a phone survey among the Lower Silesian companies.
