All the necessary information connected with the admission process can be found here. The candidates applying to the International University of Logistics and Transport in Wroclaw have to submit the complete set of enrollment documents, as listed below:

1. application form (available at the Dean’s office or to be downloaded here)

2. baccalaureate certificate (or A-levels equivalent) (original or copy)

3. five passport size photographs

4. copies of both sides of an ID card

5. certified copy of a supplement to the diploma (part B of diploma) or a copy of the original, if the diploma was issued after January 1, 2005

6. registration fee paid to the bank account:

• declaration form – acceptance of shool regulations

• confirmation

• declaration of the foreign language level

The office is open Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Saturday form 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

1. Fill in the registration form (download here)

2. Send it to the given e-mail address

3. Submit the complete set of enrollment documents at the Dean’s office no later than fourteen days after the registration.
