  1. What are the terms and conditions of admission – BSc studies?

 

The School first admits the candidates with the international baccalaureate certificate and/or with HL baccalaureate certificate (result of minimum 50%) from at least one of the subjects below:

Mathematics

IT

Polish language

Foreign language

 

Due to the competition of places, students will be admitted in order of applications dates.

 

  1. What are the terms and conditions of admission – MSc studies?

 

The school first admits those candidates who hold BSc studies in Logistics or congeneric majors and/or those who hold MSc studies in congeneric majors.

  1. What documents are required – BSc studies?

 

The complete enrollment documents include:

  1. application form (available at the Dean’s office or to be downloaded here)

  2. baccalaureate certificate (original or copy)

  3. five photographs in accordance with the requirements proper to ID cards

  4. copies of both sides of an ID card

  5. registration fee paid to the Bank account:

    • for payments in EURO:

Candidates for the undergraduate and graduate programs (BSc and MSc programs) holding a foreign secondary school certificate are obliged to provide a sworn translation of all relevant documents. The submitted documents should confirm that they are allowed to continue their education at the university level (if there is no such annotation on the certificate). Such a confirmation is to be obtained from the local education authorities, or can be accredited in Poland by the diplomatic authorities or a consul of the country where the certificate was issued; or by a Polish consul in the country where the certificate was issued.

 

What documents are required – MSc studies?

 

The complete enrolment documents include:

  1. application form (available at the Dean’s office or to be downloaded here)

  2. baccalaureate certificate (original or copy)

  3. certificate of secondary education (copy) – in case of new maturity certificate

  4. five passport size photographs in accordance with the requirements proper to ID cards

  5. copies of both sides of an ID card

  6. registration fee paid to the Bank account:

Candidates for the undergraduate and graduate programs (BSc and MSc programs) holding a foreign secondary school leaving certificate are obliged to provide a sworn translation of all relevant documents, however:

  1. If there is an international agreement between Poland and the country in question concerning the equivalency of educational documents, the secondary school certificate should be legalized, i.e. confirmed by a Polish consul in the country where the diploma was issued.

  2. If there is no international agreement or it is not in effect, then the diploma should undergo a nostrification procedure which takes place in the local Board of Education (Kuratorium Oświaty) at the applicant’s place of residence or - in the event that no such institution exists there – in the Board of Education proper to the school where the applicant wishes to submit the certificate. The nostrification procedure is carried out on the basis of the Act issued on April 6, 2006 by the Minister of Science and Higher Education on the Nostrification of School Certificates and Baccalaureate Certificates Obtained Abroad.
