The International University of Logistics and Transportation in Wroclaw offers education at following majors:

LOGISTICS

FIRST LEVEL STUDIES

• First level (Bachelor’s) studies – are undergraduate professional courses. The school's own teaching program complies with ministerial standards.

The school’s teaching program was prepared on the basis of educational experience of our French key partner ESIDEC/ICN School in Metz/Nancy, France. ESIDEC/ICN is the oldest higher education institution specializing in logistics and supply chains. The cooperation of the International School of Logistics and Transport with ESIDEC group of schools from Metz, France in the field of logistics teaching was awarded the French Prime Minister’s Jean-Pierre Raffarin prize.

Forms of studies:

• Full-time studies (time of admission: June – September)

• Part-time studies (time of admission: June – September, and December – February)

There are two courses offered:

• Logistic Systems

• Transport Management

During the course of education at MWSLiT special attention is given to the practical knowledge that will enable our future graduates to become professionals in their field and find work in TLS sector. As part of the studies, we also offer internships and probations in the largest logistic centers of Lower Silesia.

• Engineer’s studies – are undergraduate professional courses based on a technical profile which last 7 terms.

For those who enrolled for the academic year 2009/2010 there is a possibility to have their courses partly financed, as the courses are a part of a project “EDULOG – Logistics Education”.

All our students will benefit from our participation in the EDULOG project, which offers a possibility to:

• Attend free of charge compensatory mathematics and physics classes, which will help students in acquiring engineering knowledge.

• Participate in internships in Lower Silesian logistics and transport companies.

• Attend free of charge entrepreneurial and career counseling workshops run by the Career Office.

Engineer’s studies are a part of MWSLiT permanent educational offer. An exceptional atmosphere and differentiated chances of development, help our students in getting a unique education and profession.

• Information Systems in Supply Chain

• Automatization and Warehouse Systems Maintenance

SECOND LEVEL STUDIES

• Second level (Master’s) studies – are professional graduate courses which last 4 terms. Our original and professional program received high ministerial notes. By the decision of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the International University of Logistics and Transportation has been authorized to conduct MSc studies as the first independent university in Poland.

Our program is adjusted to graduates of other than logistics majors. It has been created as a separate program but at the same time complementing the course of BSc studies.

For the graduates of other than logistics majors, we offer the possibility to supplement their knowledge by participation in free of charge lectures that are conducted at BSc courses.
